The second is the issue of parameters. In order to save costs, some manufacturers purchase cheap raw materials whose parameters are not in line with the regulations, resulting in the failure to achieve melting point unity during production. There are also unqualified machine parameter settings, such as: clamping time, injection pressure, cooling time, demolding time, etc., a slight error will lead to deformation or lack of material in the plastic pallet.
